helpful staff fresh fruit quiet areas
The reception staff were very helpful in arranging taxis. Breakfast offered many choices including fresh fruit and made to order eggs. The grounds were beautifully maintained with many quiet areas.
The hotel is a short drive from the main attractions so taxis were necessary.

The hotel has many trees right at the entrance. Staff was amazing and anticipated every need. The restaurant served great food too.
The hotel is near a busy road, causing some noise. This was slightly distracting.

The hotel is about a fifteen-minute drive from the city center, so a taxi is necessary to reach the Medina. There is also a shopping mall. several cafes and ATMs, within a safe, easy five-minute walk from the hotel.

Breakfast included pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs cooked to order, so lunch was not needed. The restaurant offers traditional cuisine. The service is good, and the atmosphere is very good. Lunch is served by the pool.

Staff welcomed me with smiles. Reception helped with taxis and spa treatments. The manager chatted with every guest, addressing their queries about the Riad, which I found very attentive.

The Beautiful Double Room had lovely decor and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom featured many towels and toiletries. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. The room was looked super fresh.

a serene escape
quiet boutique attentive staff stylish interior
This hotel provides a quiet boutique experience not far from the medina. A taxi ride takes only minutes. i found the staff very polite and attentive to all my needs. the interiors are immaculate and stylish. the swimming pool is wonderful. the restaurant offers amazing food in a dreamy location with tables on the terrace.

my room was spacious and warm, with lovely views of the gardens. fresh fruit and moroccan sweets were placed in my room. the room was clean daily and it included toiletries in the bathroom.

the staff organized taxis, airport transfers, restaurant bookings, and spa treatments. the staff poolside was attentive and helpful, a real credit. room service was prompt, even in the early mornings when i had trips booked.

busy road insistent staff
The hotel was noisy. It sits on a busy road, and also it is near the airport. Planes flew overhead often. when I arrived, I felt the staff insisted too much on payment of taxes and signing authorizations right away. It was not a great start.

poor insulation remote location
the hotel restaurant served food of really good quality, a plus.
I found some serious issues . The sound insulation was poor and i could hear the constant noise from outside, especially vehicles passing on a busy road. also, the location is pretty remote. I did not find much in the immediate vicinity to do or see.
